Michael Vohland
Michael S. Vohland started his agriculture training on the Kansas City market over 45 years ago. Moving from Kansas City to western Kansas growing potato in there sandy soil and the wonderful summer days.
We purchased a Peach, Pear and Apple growing and packing operation in the beautiful mountains Palisade Colorado. After two consecutive freezes, the move was mode to Nogales Arizona.
Working with Growers and buying what we didn’t grow, Wayne Vohland and son’s was open for business in 1978 based in Nogales Arizona. After our father retired in 1989, the company split Colorado and Nogales operations. The Colorado operation now called Mesa Pride and the Nogales operation Veggies Inc.
